Not exactly. The photos on our website are meant to show the style and size of the
arrangement. Because flowers are seasonal and availability changes, our designers will
create something beautiful using the freshest blooms available in the colour palette you
have selected.

Yes, we do! If you have something specific in mind, we always recommend giving us a
call and providing a little notice so we can create something beautiful for you. While
we’re happy to work with colour palettes or inspiration, we also hope you trust our
designers to create something truly special with the flowers available.

Yes! All arrangements/bouquets include a complimentary card message. Please keep in
mind that our cards are smaller in size, so messages may need to be shortened slightly
to fit.

While we would love to be able to send photos of every arrangement, due to the volume of orders and the fast-paced nature of our design and delivery schedule, we're not able to provide preview photos. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed by our team using the freshest blooms available, and we truly hope you trust us to create something beautiful on your behalf. 

While we do our best to accommodate timing requests, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as our routes change daily depending on the number of deliveries scheduled. If timing is important, we recommend calling the shop and we will do our best to work with you.

We typically call ahead to schedule a delivery time that works for the recipient. If for any reason the flowers cannot be delivered on the elected day, we will keep you informed and work with the recipient to arrange another time.

We offer regular delivery services throughout Pembroke, Petawawa and the Whitewater Region. If you require delivery outside of these locations, please give us a call and we would be happy to provide a delivery quote.
